Submitting Calendar Items
Please gather the following information and email to our Calendar Keeper, , who will add it to the calendar. The completed calendar is distributed to the webmaster and the Mencinnatian editor each month.
Please use the following format:
Day, Date, Time, Event Title
Event Description, Event Information
Event Contact (if desired)
Directions and other useful information
Items to consider when listing an event or activity:
Is this intended for the Mencinnatian, the Website, or both?
Who is the target audience?
Are there attendance limits?
Are RSVPs or reservations required?
Is there a potential cost?
Are there parking or other venue limitations?
