The National Submarine Science Discovery Center is a non-profit corporation with the purpose of  promoting a math, science, and technology curriculum for fifth graders based upon a submarine theme--NAVOPS DEEP SUBMERGENCE, and bringing the U.S. Narwhal (SSN 671) to the Newport Levee as an education center and museum.
