1:302:30pm EXPLORING NATURE THROUGH MUSIC: Participants study the influence
of nature on music using Symphony No. 6 in F, Opus 68 "Pastoral" of Beethoven.
Using the program music, the participants will develop an appreciation of his expression
of the sounds of country life and recognize the music of their own surroundings.
Each participant will make a sketchbook to record
ideas and feelings.

Stave off those post-RG blahs with a Sunday evening concert!
All are invited to the 10th annual Marian/Advent concert by the Cincinnati Camerata.
Sun. Dec. 8 at 7 pm at Mother of God Church, 119 W. 6th St., Covington
you can see the church's twin spires if you look to your left on the I-75 bridge coming from Cincinnati.
Tickets are $12 at the door.
The Camerata will be dress-rehearsing during the RG, performing in Latin, English, Spanish, and
German. The main piece is Charpentier's Little Midnight Mass for Christmas, to be performed with
a
chamber ensemble. The concert begins with a Gregorian chant processional.
