We are coming up to our famous Regional Gathering (RG).  The food, music, games, movies, and even the dance will be based on Musicals. We have an Oklahoma BBQ, a Breakfast at Tiffany's, and a South Pacific feast.  We will have tunes for you to name or and sing. 

In addition to the musical theme, we will have our usual visit from the Cincinnati Zoo, we will have a ‘bring your own’ wine tasting. We will have a great dance on Saturday night. We also are planning a special teen/kids program track, so bring your children and let them enjoy our hospitality. We also are planning a few surprises.

So, if you haven’t reserved your place at the RG of the year, make it now. You will have a great time.

Question: Why should I come to this RG?  What can I expect?  What should I wear?  Do you need any volunteers?

Answer (from Misty Richmond, Program Chair): First the easy stuff - the price of admission includes all meals (dinner Friday, 3 meals Saturday, breakfast Sunday). It also includes snacks and beverages (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) available in Hospitality, which is open for the duration of the RG. Pretty good deal, eh?

Events are scheduled all day and into the late evening - these include speakers, games and tournaments - and Kid's Programming this year as well! And, of course, the dance Saturday night. Click here for details

How to dress for an RG - pretty much any way that you would like. I prefer casual - jeans and t-shirts. 

As for Volunteers - of course we need volunteers! That's what makes this thing work! Sign up to work in Hospitality or Registration and have a chance to meet many Mensans while you work.  
Volunteer to help move stuff into the hotel and setup before the RG and/or to take it all down and move it out after the RG.   An RG can't function if the food and gear isn't where it needs to be. 
We will have a Kid's Room this year, staffed with volunteers to supervise kids (5 and over).
