Virginia Plottel is putting together a Hospitality Suite that you will be sure to remember - Cincinnati Style!

Cincinnati Hospitality includes our generous snack room where we will serve all three of the major food groups - healthy, sweet and salty! You will find a hotdog machine, ice cream freezer and nacho machine as well as a variety of fresh and pre-packaged snack foods. Pop, beer and wine will also be available.

Of course, all meals, snacks and drinks are included in your registration.

 

Meal Schedule

Nothing makes a Winter Wonderland more wonderful than home-cooked foods!

For Friday Dinner we are once again pleased to have Nancy Heller and Bob Osterman, of Cleveland RG Hospitality fame, acting as Meal Managers. They will be cooking and serving what Nancy describes as The Comfort Food Café, featuring home-made entrees (including a vegetarian choice) and soups, a salad bar and, of course, multiple desserts.

Breakfast both days will include the usual RG breakfast staples (breads, cereals, eggs, juices and fruit) plus individually prepared omelets by Omeletteer Ernie Jones, who will be working with his lovely wife, Meal Manager Nita Jones.

Katie Weihl, along with her Gen-X Crew, will be serving a Taco Bar for lunch on Saturday. This will include multiple taco fillings and a wealth of toppings, including both mild and hot salsas and guacamole. At least two soups will also be served.

Virginia has decided to prepare Saturday dinner herself and will, of course, serve two of her famous soups in addition to her home-made entrees and sumptuous salad bar (with multiple home-made salad items). You will have to wait for dessert though - Death by Dessert is not until 11 pm!
