Cincinnati has a 25+ year history of throwing great parties - ample food, games, programs and holiday cheer. This year will be no exception! Please check the individual pages for registration and hotel information. Descriptions for the programs and tournaments are available on those pages. You can also click here for a pdf version of the RG schedule grid, which was last updated on November 30. Note: changes to the schedule may occur. Please check the date on your copy to be sure it is the latest one.
Specific information about Hospitality will be available when we get closer to the event but rest assured that all meals, snacks and drinks are included with your registration. Please do not hesitate to contact any of the committee members (below) if you have questions or would like to volunteer.
